Your Security Matters to Us
At CHRISTUS Health, we value our commitment to security and your well-being — both in care and in protecting your personal information.
CHRISTUS Health will never ask you for your username or password. If you receive a call, text, or email requesting your login information, do not respond — it may be a scam.
To stay safe:
- Only log into your MyCHRISTUS account through the official MyCHRISTUS app or by visiting christushealth.org.
- Do not click on links sent via email or text claiming to be from CHRISTUS Health. Real emails from CHRISTUS Health will always come from an @christushealth.org email address.
- If you’re unsure or need help, call us directly at 833.912.4278.
What is Social Engineering?
Social engineering is when someone tries to trick you into giving away personal information by pretending to be someone you trust. These scams often look official and urgent.
Protect yourself:
- Never share your username or password.
- Double-check email addresses and phone numbers.
- When in doubt, contact CHRISTUS Health directly through a trusted source.
Report suspicious activity to your local CHRISTUS Health IT support or security team at 833.912.4278.
